Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the various theories and hypotheses related to the arrival of human beings in the western hemisphere. Topics discussed include the postulate concerning the migrants as nomadic hunters who hunt for mammoths and other large animals, the sub-sets of interpretation on the trans-Pacific travel, and the linkage of Polynesia by adventurer Thor Heyerdahl during his Kon Tiki expedition of 1947.
