Abstrakt: |
In this study, a Cs-I photocathode was studied using CASINO simulation code in transmission and reflection modes. Thereafter, it was constructed in reflection mode with slight changes from the simulation results. In the experimental part of the research, a layer of Cs-I crystal was coated on an aluminum concave substrate. The current of the reflected photoelectrons from the photocathode was measured when three red, green and violet LED sources was used. The results showed that the photocathode worked and the current of the photocathode reached up to 100 nA for violet LED in 800 V potential difference. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
