Abstrakt:	The article offers information on underrepresentation of black and minority ethnic (BME) groups within the profession of clinical psychology. Topics discussed include mental health problems in many BME communities, increased concern over increasing the proportion of BME trainees and initiative of the University College London in England to run a course for large-scale mentoring of BME psychology undergraduates since 2011.
