The article discusses the authors' Fall 2014 classes of Advanced Photography and Environmental Planning which asked students to system disturbances at Bakken oil fields in western North Dakota into photographs or landscape interventions. Topics covered include a description of the conceptual model for collaborative learning, the student experience, and effectiveness of the collaboration for students and for the curricular objectives. |
