| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a review on the research related to the psychosocial impact of Tic disorder, a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by repetitive movements and vocalizations, and its nature and intervention efforts to ameliorate the impact. The results reveal that the impact on persons with TD is profound. It suggests to examine the interaction between neurobiological and psychosocial factors. |
