Abstrakt: A total of 118 serum samples were collected from Jersey and Holstein-Friesian (HF) crossbred cattle to evaluate the sero-prevalence of brucellosis by indirect ELISA and its relationship with various reproductive disorders. The sero prevalence of brucellosis was 17.5%. Sero prevalence was higher in HF crossbred than in Jersey crossbred and in older animals than young. The incidence of positive reactors with history of abortion, repeat breeding, retention of placenta, mastitis and in pregnant and apparently healthy animal was 50.00%, 21.21%, 16.16%, 11.11%, 7.69% and 6.06% respectively.
