Supporting resilience.

Abstrakt: In this article the author discusses ways in which teachers can develop resilience amongst their students. Topics include resilience meant to be having the ability to develop appropriate coping strategies when dealing with stress, conflict, pressure and difficulties, students especially vulnerable to feelings of stress and pressure, and development of resilience develops when there are cumulative protective factors such as nurturance and trust, and its weakening when these factors are absent.
