Abstrakt: The article presents a study on skin mottling score (SMS) as a 28-day death predictor in adult septic shock patients (ASSP) in a southern tertiary hospital intensive care unit. It discusses the measurement of the SMS on the day of septic shock onset, the methods used in the study, and the importance of SMS in a 28-day mortality rate in ASSP.
