The article focuses on several case law developments in Georgia from June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2015 related to the product liability law. The cases discussed include Weaver v. PACCAR, Inc. on causation regardless of the design defect or manufacturing defect with proximate cause, Grieco v. Tecumseh Products Co. as a breach of warranty and Lee v. CNH America, LLC regarding the assumption of the risk defense. |
