The article discusses whether psychology can be used to prevent the spread of violence in the global society after the Great Britain parliament voted to allow bombing in Syria. Topics include if the concept of peace psychology can be used to avert an inevitable war, if it is psychologically possible to understand and provide a solution to violent extremism, and social psychology's belief that disagreements arise due to a clash of goals. |
