Abstrakt: Clavicular fractures are one of the most common shoulder girdle injuries seen in casualty. 94 cases of clavicle fractures managed by conservative and surgical fixation were evaluated. 52 out of 94 patients were treated by conservative methods. 42 by surgical intervention. 50 patients had fracture in the middle one third and 44 patients had lateral third fractures.4 cases of nonunion were seen in cases managed by conservative means and 2 with tens fixation.
