Abstrakt:	A case study of 92-year-old woman who had been treated with methotrexate since 2009 for rheumatoid arthritis presented with a left dorsal chest herpes zoster rash is presented. Topics discussed include the patient admitted to emergency department for having walking difficulties, the patient had feet allodynia and ataxia, and the patient referred for neurological examination. The patient was treated for varicella zoster virus infection.
