The article discusses the need of integrated governance approach for the State Oceanic Administration (SOA) in China, as of December 2015. Topics discussed include China's maritime law enforcement forces, importance of maritime law enforcement in strengthening the protection and rational utilization of marine resources, and safeguard national maritime rights and interests; and duties of the SOA. |
