Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the importance of teacher's capability in agricultural education for effective participation of student. Topics discussed include providing life-long technical agriculture knowledge and skills, ensuring high quality supervised agricultural experience (SAE), and need to reduce students' involvement in short term projects like 4-H clubs, agriculture teachers not supervising students and lack of basic agricultural knowledge and skills.
