Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 49-year-woman who experienced memory-related confusion in a week. Topics discussed include she was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis in relation to symptoms like reduced hearing, vertigo and vomiting, the patient was initially treated with intravenous methyprednisolone and oral prednisone, and she regained her cognitive function after taking azathioprine, intravenous immunoglobulin, and cyclophosphamide.
