Abstrakt: The article discusses legal issues of the U.S. Supreme Court case County of Riverside v. McLaughlin regarding administrative steps incident to arrest. Topics discussed include the Court ruling to create clear regulations under the fourth amendment, liability of the government to provide bona fide emergency if it fails within first 14 hours to afford warrantless arrestee a judicial determination, and delay in case of warrantless arrest by police.
