Coefficients of ozone solubility R at pH values ranging from 0.1 to 11 are defined. The value of R in a pH range from 2 to 6 is 0.3 ± 0.1. A decrease in Rt below the specified range is associated with the decay of ozone. The mechanisms of ozone decomposition in alkaline and acidic media are analyzed.
