The article discusses an example of teamwork among professionals who collaborated to provide orientation and mobility services to infants and toddlers in New Mexico and Utah. It cites the partnership by team members with experience in the development of young visually impaired children with colleagues in orientation and mobility where they learned to support the skill development of students. It also notes how this partnership is a model of how two states addressed a highly specialized need. |
