The article describes the case of two pediatric siblings returning from travel who were brought to an emergency department (ED) due to fever, rash and pain in the extremities. The family disclosed that both patients spent the past month in Haiti with their father visiting relatives and friends. The article also discussed Chikungunya fever, Polyarthralgia, and tropical infections like dengue fever. |
