| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a study that compared the levels of contaminants in the muscle tissues of paddlefish and hybrid striped bass after being raised in reclaimed effluent water. Fillets of the fishes were composited using the batch method to yield homogenate tissue samples that were analyzed to detect the presence of contaminants. The results indicate that the use of reclaimed effluent water could be an outlet for consumer safe aquaculture production. |
