Abstrakt: The article presents a study which analyzes the effectiveness of fetal laser surgery in preventing in cases with bronchopulmonary sequestration. In this study, eight fetuses which underwent fetal surgery with full laser ablation of the feeding artery (FLAFA) were studied. The study concludes that FLAFA prevents fetal death and avoids the need for neonatal sequestrectomy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
