Abstrakt:	The article focuses on a study on analysis of human protein-protein interaction with use of the cryo-Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Topics discussed include a multimodal mechanism E3 ligase regulation of cell division with help of a electron microscopy structure of the human Anaphase Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C), insertion mechanism of aerolysin pore membrane, use of X-ray crystallography and cryo-TEM for analysis of the insertion mechanism.
