| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses application of the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) in arbitration of disputes and parties agreement. Several mistakes are mentioned regarding FAA contribution such as inclusion of FAA in parties agreement, treatment of arbitration provision in a contract as a separate agreement of the parties under FAA, and assumption that FAA is procedural. It is suggested that practitioners must familiarize themselves with FAA. |
