present at the moment of birth, over 90% of lesions manifesting in children less than 2 years of age. The appearance of the lesion later in early childhood, puberty or even maturity is quite rare. The most frequent localization is on the head and neck region, but isolated laryngeal lymphangioma is extremely rare. We report the case of a fifteen-year-old girl, who is studying at a music school, presented to the outpatient department with complaint of hoarseness when singing with a high-pitched voice. On examination of the patient, the speaking voice was normal; there were no airway obstruction symptoms. On indirect laryngoscopy, there was a globular reddish mass in the right side of the supraglottis, arising on the right ventricular fold. There were no clinical symptoms suggesting the existence of another simultaneous lymphangioma. It was removed completely under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation using an endoscopic approach. Histopathological diagnosis was lymphangioma of the larynx. After a follow up of 6 week, it is observed positive changes in her singing voice at high vocal ranges; the patient is free of recurrence with all laryngeal functions being normal.
