The article presents a comparative analysis of financial incentive programs for medical and legal professionals in rural areas of South Dakota. Topics discussed include rural access to justice, problems associated with the lack of lawyers and legal communities in rural areas, and services provided by the Indian Health Service (IHS). It also mentions the policies of Sanford School of Medicine of University of South Dakota (USD) to incentivize medical professionals practice in rural areas. |
