| Abstrakt: | The article presents a case study of a 29-year-old well-adjusted male with complaints of cyclical hematuria, pain, loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. He also had male body habitus, normal virilization and gynecomastia. The patient underwent laparoscopic rudimentary uterine horn excision with right salpingo-ovariotomy and left orchidectomy. The article also presents two more similar cases. |
