| Abstrakt: |
We present a goal-oriented modeling methodology for business processes, and study its application for the conceptional design of smart systems' services framework for the deployment and management of renewable and efficient energy usages services. The modeling is based on reference models and standards related to smart grids. Models will be also useful for the development of smart grid services, communication with and training of customers.
