The article presents a study from the U.S. Congressional Research Service on the retirement systems of Federal employees, particularly on the financial status of the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund (CSRDF). Topics include short term view of the CSRDF, its annuity payments, obligations, and balance at the end of fiscal year 2014, the cash contributions and intragovernmental transfers received, and the long-term picture and annual income and expenditures through fiscal year 2090. |
