Supraerupted maxillary incisor is not as common as molars in clinical finding in dental practice but it is no very rare too. Over eruption of such tooth can lead to occlusal interference, functional disturbances and cause great difficulty during prosthetic reconstruction especially in adult patients. The present article serves as a viable alternative to carry out incisor intrusion in such patient where todays' modern methods cannot be used, thus emphasizing the role of these removable appliances in Orthodontics.
