The article focuses on the success of several businesses in Dublin, Ireland despite a severe recession that hit the capital in 2008. The businesses that succeed during the recession period include branding firm Indigo & Cloth, graphic design firm Conor & David and Irish Design Shop, a gift shop owned by businesswomen Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey. Topics discussed include the opportunities that the recession presented to the said businesses and how their owners dealt with the crisis. |
