Adult-Onset Still's Disease Mimicking Acute Rheumatic Fever.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old man who was taken to emergency department because of high fever, sore throat, and polyarthralgia. The patient was diagnosed with adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) which should be included in the diagnosis of fever of unknown origin. It mentions that echocardiography and chest x-ray were performed.
