Abstrakt: Flexible substrate materials and handling method are the key factor for flexible liquid crystal displays (LCDs). A 3.47 inch flexible LCD designed for wearable applications was successfully fabricated using an optical clear fiber-reinforced-plastic (FRP) substrate and a film lamination followed by mechanical peeling process.
