| Abstrakt: | The author discusses his 5 years of service as editor-in-chief of the "Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering" (JGGE) published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The author says that he established several goals for the journal, that include improving communications with the geotechnical community and the editorial board; and to improve the review process for JGGE. Mo Gabr took over as the new editor-in-chief of JGGE in March 2015. |
