Electromagnetic energy absorption spectra in different ferroelectrics were studied in the frequency range 3-12 GHz. Maxima in these spectra are interpreted as a manifestation of dielectric losses due to the piezoresonance mechanism of UHF dielectric dispersion. The effect of temperature, mechanical pressure, domain structure and a dc magnetic field upon the absorption spectra was studied. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
