Abstrakt: Aquatic exercise has grown in popularity but has been mainly used for rehabiltiation and general aerobic training. It has been difficult to control the intensity of aquatic resistance exercises, which has limited their use. Recent research studies have developed methods for controlling and monitoring intensity levels during aquatic resistance exercises, which may increase their use in both the general and athletic populations.
