Abstrakt: Provides information on a study that identified a tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium channel current in duodenum myenteric sensory neurons of guinea pig and rat and have sought evidence regarding the molecular identity of the channel producing the current from the expression of sodium channel α subunits and the biophysical and pharmacological properties of tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium current. Methodology of the study; Results and discussion on the study; Conclusion.
