| Abstrakt: |
The article describes a case study of pigmented or hemosiderotic atypical fibroxanthoma seen in a 74-year-old man. The patient presented with multiple actinic keratoses. Other topics discussed include the clinical history of the patient, results of physical and histological examinations and patient management. A brief background on the disease is included. |
