The article reports on a case of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) induced by azithromycin in a 18-year-old female patient with inflammatory acne. Topics discussed include the prevalence of drug-induced AGEP, clinical history of the patient, and results of laboratory and histopathology examinations. The mechanism of the disease is explored. |
