The article reports on the diagnosis of rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus variant 2 (RHDV-2) in domestic rabbits from Terceira Island in Portugal. It states that two rabbits were diagnosed with the disease, and they originated from the localities of Quatro-Ribeiras and Sāo Bento, and they were kept in small backyard rabbitries. The pathological findings of the disease are also mentioned. |
