The article discusses the highlights of the Alberta Teachers' Association (ATA) Provincial Executive Council meeting held on April 13-14, 2015. ATA President Mark Ramsankar was nominated for vice president of the Canadian Teachers' Federation (CTF) for 2015/16. Ramsankar and executive secretary Gordon Thomas were nominated as ATA members of the CTF Board of Directors for 2015/16. The provision of an interest-free loan to the Calgary City Teachers' Convention Association has been authorized. |
