We analyzed the effects of weak combined magnetic fields tuned to the cyclotron resonance condition for calcium ions obtained at different phases of planarian regeneration. We showed that the result of regeneration 72 h after decapitation depended on the exposure duration and the time between decapitation and initiation of the half-hour exposure. The experimental dependence could be explained by the multiplicity of enzymatic targets activated at different phases of the regeneration process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
