Abstrakt:	The article discusses the project initiated by Roger Luckmann, associate professor of medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, to develop guidelines for the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act propagates the integration of perspectives and experiences of patients in the delivery of health care. Directive of US Preventive Services Task Force in 2012 to stop the routine use of PSA test led the initiation of the project.
