Abstrakt: The article discusses a cohort study conducted on treatment received by children with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) referred to an OCD clinic at the Maudsley Hospital in London, England. It mentions the guidelines by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) for the management of paediatric OCD in Great Britain. It adds a decrease in use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), no increase in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
