The present article presents a new family of 40×46 mm ammunition designed with non fragmentation grenades, fired by the 40 mm grenade launchers. The goal of this article is to briefly explain the design, the specific operating mode and finally the physical, chemical safety and performance characteristics for new 40×46 mm non fragmentation ammunitions.
