The article discusses views of British cyclers on ways to improve the British racing scene. Lewis Stevens suggests the closure of roads for racing to avoid endangering the lives of cyclers while Charlie Barnes suggests having races at town centres for increasing community involvement. Also cited are other suggestions including having more races funded by British Cycling (BC), promotion of annual races on closed routes and showing races on domestic television. |
