Abstrakt: The article presents the case study of a 45-year-old HIV-positive man with Cryptococcus-positive culture. It describes the patient's medical history who was admitted to a hospital in Botswana due to breathlessness and a diffuse papular rash. The patient was diagnosed with Cryptococcal meningitis after testing positive for false-negative serum latex agglutination cryptococcal antigen.
