The article offers information on the need of development and reform to comprehensive federal aviation laws to address the challenges and threats of widespread use of drones and robotic aircraft technology under the provisions of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. It informs that the laws must provide compliance to the requirements of public safety and right of privacy, federalism, and Fourth and Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. |
