The article presents the case study of a 7-year-old girl with swelling in the floor of her mouth which pushed her tongue upward and backward that compromised her airways, requiring nasotracheal intubation. It describes the patient's condition whose vital signs were stable and has no medical history except for dental caries. The patient was diagnosed with simple ranula and underwent surgery. |
