Abstrakt: Flow control on aerodynamic airfoil has been studied since the early twentieth century. Basically, one applies flow control wing, a concept derived from the conventional blowing and suction procedure developed to increase the lift of an airfoil. The present paper has two major goals: first, to investigate 3 constructive solutions of trailing edge with blowing jets aiming to minimize the stall and to increase the lift: with slot and cylindrical trailing edge, with slot, cylindrical trailing edge and a slim channel cut with half of the slot dimension and a third configuration involving a blown flap; the second one is to study the influence of slot location on the lift increase. The numerical simulations were performed on three configurations - the two-dimensional model using the RANS supplemented with the shear-stress transport (SST) k-ω based model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
