Abstrakt: The article discusses the mechanism of cell death induced by immunophototoxin 4D5scFV-miniSOG in human breast adenocarcinoma cells. The study examines the absence of caspase activity and fragmented chromosomal DNA and the characteristic of morphological cells. The study also concludes the use of caspase-3 effector as major morphological determinant of cell nucleus.
